Rubrics are the  standard of performance for a defined population. In the case of MPC we doesn't have rubrics or rules imposed by an authority. We have create our own rubrics depending on what we are experience. This method ensure that its going to be more easy to accomplish this rubrics because we already live the problems why they have been created for.



Dialogue Rubric

One person speaks at a Time
Listen actively, so you can continue the dialogue's structure in a sincere way
Eye contact.
Call for a Stretch
Seek to understand the author
Make a nice circle
What exactly are you disagreeing with
Remain open
Add to the rubric when there's a suggestion
Keen observation
